Inside Greece's Transformation
The Breakthroughs, the Struggles, and the Road Ahead
October 30 – November 1
Greece has become one of Europe’s most remarkable examples of successful transformation. Through digital innovation, financial modernization, and public sector reform, the country has demonstrated how strategic change can drive resilience, growth, and opportunity.
At this year’s IAAG Annual Conference, we will explore the key lessons behind Greece’s transformation and discuss how innovation, effective governance, and collaboration can help shape a more sustainable and prosperous future.
We also invite you to experience our host city, Athens - a place where ancient history meets modern progress. From the iconic Acropolis and world-class museums to vibrant neighborhoods, culture, and cuisine, Athens offers a unique setting for meaningful dialogue and inspiration.
Join us for an engaging long weekend in one of Europe’s most fascinating capitals.
The conference will begin with an early arrivals dinner on Thursday evening, 29th of October, and conclude on Sunday, 1st of November 2026, after a "see you soon again"-brunch.
