WOMEN IN BUSINESS
More than fifty years have passed since the first two female MBA candidates arrived on INSEAD’s Fontainebleau campus. Much has been achieved since then—but the work continues.

The mission of INSEAD Women in Business (IWiB) is to enable alumnae to succeed in leadership roles by offering opportunities for personal and professional development, and access to a strong, supportive network of peers. In Germany, several initiatives and events are already in place—or underway—to bring this mission to life.

IWiB Mentoring Programme for Young Alumnae
Accompany young alumnae in the first years after the MBA and support them in making decisions
The IWiB Mentoring Programme connects current MBA student members of IWiB to more experienced female INSEAD alumnae. Through one-on-one coaching and experience sharing, mentors support their mentees’ personal and professional development. The programme matches interested IWiB MBA student members with mentors based on their post-MBA professional interests and motivation.
