Leadership Spotlight Session with Anat Amit-Eyal
The Purpose - What?
Leadership is a privilege but can be lonely at times. With leadership positions comes greater stress, challenges in navigating expectations and external forces, handling dilemmas, relationships and tensions; and the need to take principled decisions and actions. It can be lonely to navigate all this alone.
The aim of the session is to create a space for leaders to share their challenges and dilemmas, in a safe space with a small, trusted group of leaders, leverage on the wisdom of the group to gain fresh perspectives and insights and leave with greater clarity and confidence.

The group members will share which leadership challenges they would like to explore. The group then chooses which participant case to dive into - the spotlight case - based on urgency and group interest. The participant chosen will present their challenge. Through structured peer consultation and applying system psychodynamics lens, they will gain fresh perspectives on their blind spots, and understand better the individual, relational and systemic complexities and dynamics that are at play. This awareness will help them gain further clarity and confidence in handing the challenge.
Participants will have an active role in contributing to the learnings of each other. The process provides significant learnings both in case your challenge is the spotlight challenge, or not.
