Peer Learning through Role Analysis
Discover new perspectives
In this peer learning group, up to five participants come together to explore their professional challenges through the Role Analysis method. The process offers a structured yet creative space to gain deeper insight into how we take up our roles, what influences our choices, and what actions become possible to foster our growth.
Why join
-
Gain new clarity on your own role and decision-making
-
Learn through the real experiences of peers
-
Practice a structured, time-bound method that sharpens both reflection and action
-
Experience the power of a small, facilitated peer learning community
If you are seeking deeper understanding of your role in your work system—and want to learn from peers in a supportive, structured setting—this peer group is for you.
What to expect
-
120 minutes of focused peer exchange, facilitated by me in my role as coach and clarifier
-
A small group setting (max. 5 participants) to ensure depth and trust
-
A clear process: the meeting begins with brief introductions (3 minutes each), where participants may also (but must not!) share a significant event they are considering bringing to the group.

Together, the group selects two cases to work on. Each case will be explored through the Role Analysis framework, moving through four distinct phases:

-
Finding the role – The case presenter shares a specific, current, unresolved event. Or question. As coach, I ask clarifying questions to foster understanding of the case. (10 min)
-
Making the role – The analysers reflect on the forces and factors at play, offering perspectives while the presenter listens. They include what the case and how it was presented evoked in them during listening. (15 min)
-
Taking the role – The presenter identifies possible actions or decisions, with the group helping to explore risks and opportunities. (10 min)
-
Debrief – Presenter and analysers reflect on insights and learning. (5 min)
