Gaining Clarity On Your Specific Leadership Challenge -
with Martine Meerkatt
Context
Senior leaders discuss challenges often, yet many conversations accelerate toward advice instead of clarity. Over time, perspectives harden, familiar solutions repeat, and genuine thinking space disappears.
Peer Learning Format
This 90-minute executive peer session – facilitated by Martine Meerkatt, INSEAD MBA, ICF Associate Certified Coach – brings together a small group of leaders to work with real leadership challenges using a coaching approach. Participants are peers in leadership – not professional coaches – and the focus remains firmly on the leader’s own agenda, insight, and action plan.

We begin by setting a shared frame for the conversation. Then, participants will share which leadership challenges they'd like to explore and together agree on one case to examine based on urgency and group interest. The group supports the case holder ’s thinking through coaching questions, reflections, and observations. The aim is not to solve the issue for the leader, but to support awareness and expand choice, enabling them to determine their own next steps.
What to expect
The session is designed for an exclusive group of 5 participants who want to think more clearly about a specific leadership challenge and benefit from peer perspective without advice overload. Participants strengthen their leadership effectiveness by practicing open questioning and different levels of listening while supporting a peer’s thinking.
What to bring
A real, current leadership challenge – something that matters now and would benefit from focused reflection and peer perspective.
