The term coaching itself is not a formalized profession. Anyone can call himself or herself a coach. It has been therefore very important for us to handpick the coaching team to ensure the highest possible quality in professional education and experience. Every coach in the pool of coaches meets at least one requirement:

 

1. INSEAD alumni with specific coaching training and accredited certification (ICF, ECA, EMCC, dvct, etc.)

2. Alumni of the INSEAD Coaching Certificate (ICC)

 

Besides these requirements, all our coaches are seasoned personalities who are successful in their professional lives. Through their different backgrounds and life paths, all coaches offer different and, due to this, fresh perspectives to support you in your own personal development while sharing the INSEAD experience with you. All of them strive to support you in becoming more successful in your professional and private life.
