What to expect

Founded in 2018 by Hanneke Dingen and Martine Meerkatt (MBA’90Ds), ON TRACK supports new mothers through one of life’s biggest pivots — balancing a growing family and a thriving career. Since then, it has evolved into a vibrant community in Germany and the Netherlands, and from 2026 onward also in Switzerland, creating a lasting impact.

Program Background

Peer to Peer Support

 

  • Group of peers (minimum 5, maximum 8)

  • 10 sessions (i.e., monthly) preferably in person or online

  • In principle self-organized; kickstart support and monitoring by ON TRACK program management throughout the year

  • Structured discussion.

One-on-one Mentoring

  • Matching of role model and participant depending on goals and expectations of participant. Right of first refusal.

  • Regular 1-hour sessions preferably in person or online (i.e., bi-monthly)

  • Self-organized

  • Documentation of goals at the start of the mentoring journey; guidance will be provided in the kick-off session.​​

  • A proven one-year format built around four pillars designed to support you personally and professionally:

  • A trusted peer group of five to eight women

  • A carefully matched senior role model

  • Masterclasses & international thought-leader insights

  • A cross-company network that lasts

  • Together, these create a year of reflection, growth, and genuine community

What You'll Gain

Joint Activities

  • In-person kick-off event (exact data and location to be confirmed)

  • Keynotes (mainly online) and coaching masterclass (in person)

  • Feedback with program management to monitor progress (survey)

  • Closing event - celebration and empowerment (in person)

  • New moms with children aged 0–6

  • Commitment: monthly peer meetings (in-person or virtual, depending on the location of participants), role model meetings every two months (virtual or in-person), plus ~3 in-person workshops per year

  • Young professionals in - or aspiring to - leadership roles

  • Role Models

  • Experienced alumnae with children 15+

  • Commitment: ~1–2 hours every two months

  • After receiving your application, we’ll schedule a short conversation to align on expectations and commitment.

How to Apply

  • Participation requires membership in the German Alumni Association!

  • Program fee: € 250,- – a great investment, considering a single coaching session often costs more.
