Founded in 2018 by Hanneke Dingen and Martine Meerkatt (MBA’90Ds), ON TRACK supports new mothers through one of life’s biggest pivots — balancing a growing family and a thriving career. Since then, it has evolved into a vibrant community in Germany and the Netherlands, and from 2026 onward also in Switzerland, creating a lasting impact.
