Leadership Spotlight Sessions
What are Leadership Spotlight Sessions?
Ready to dive deep into your leadership challenges? Join our Leadership Spotlight Sessions and explore real-life cases with fellow leaders.
Leadership Spotlight Sessions provide leaders with a unique and confidential space to reflect on the emotional, interpersonal, and strategic challenges they face in the professional and private life. Each session is facilitated by an executive coach from the IAAG network and brings together a small group of INSEAD alumni for shared reflection.
The format is intentionally diverse: every session is shaped by the unique approach and background of the facilitating coach. Details on each coach’s orientation and methodology can be found in their profile and in the session description.

Linda Wes
I love coaching because I love to give other people insights into their inner theatre. Due to this insight their life gets easier – from complexity to clarity. Once they better understand themselves, they can really hear and see the other, resulting in fulfilling interactions between people.
I am broad (coach) educated and (life)experienced; I’m known for my questions asking abilities.
