Leadership Spotlight Sessions

What are Leadership Spotlight Sessions?

Ready to dive deep into your leadership challenges? Join our Leadership Spotlight Sessions and explore real-life cases with fellow leaders.

Leadership Spotlight Sessions provide leaders with a unique and confidential space to reflect on the emotional, interpersonal, and strategic challenges they face in the professional and private life.  Each session is facilitated by an executive coach from the IAAG network and brings together a small group of INSEAD alumni for shared reflection.

The format is intentionally diverse: every session is shaped by the unique approach and background of the facilitating coach. Details on each coach’s orientation and methodology can be found in their profile and in the session description.

What to expect

Each session runs for 90+ minutes (please check the description of the individual session) and is limited to a small group of participants to ensure depth and confidentiality. Participants are encouraged to bring a real-life leadership case — a current challenge they want to explore with the group. The group collaboratively decides which leadership cases to discuss, typically covering two cases per session, depending on time and group dynamics. Even if your case isn’t discussed, you’ll gain valuable insights from the other cases shared in the group.

This is not about giving or receiving advice. It’s about discovering new perspectives, gaining clarity, and learning through shared experience.

  • Duration: 90+ minutes

  • Format: Online (Zoom; unless otherwise stated)

  • Group size: 3–7 participants, limited capacity. Priority will be given to IAAG members.

Whether you bring a strategic dilemma, a team conflict, a leadership tension, or a personal impasse, related to your professional role —cases are the entry point for shared reflection.
